Maman et Fille operates on a 1:1 custom order basis, and once ordered, exchanges and refunds are not possible. Please note that all products are crafted by skilled metal artisans, and due to the natural characteristics of gemstones, there may be slight variations from the photos.

Delivery

Delivery begins within 14 days after order confirmation. If you need to receive your product quickly, please contact our customer service at 070-4119-0010 or reach out on KakaoTalk at mamanetfille. Overseas orders might be subject to customs fees or import taxes upon entering the destination country. For specifics, contact your local customs authorities.

Return & Exchange

Maman et Fille does not accept refunds or exchanges for orders made through custom production due to simple changes of mind. For exchanges due to size mismatches or defective items, please contact CS within 24 hours. Please note that it may be difficult to exchange visibly worn products.

After Service

Free after-sales service is available for one year if repairs are needed during product wear. Please note that there may be charges for damages to gemstones or accessories. As metals may discolor due to external chemical products or humidity, please store them in a sealed polybag after wiping them gently with a soft cloth and ensuring they are dry.
